Hi everyone! This is my first journal entry EVER! I don't know exactly how to write it, but I'll try my best! (I'm so exited, hehehe :la:)

This is the main topic:
Which French movies will you recommend me?

I'm studying digital animation. This year I'm starting my third year in the career! In a few years, I'll have to decide what to do after I finish my studies, right? Well, I've already decided that what I want to do is to keep studying, but that I want to do it in France! And not anywhere else!

Some years ago, I was lucky enough to visit France (Paris), and I was amazed. Marvelous place, so big (enormous) and yet so elegant! Unlike my country (in my opinion), France has such an amazing art culture! Which is only logical since Europe it's in many ways the cradle of true art (I hope I'm saying this correctly). And it's also surrounded by other countries known for their gracious art! And also the food, oh, the food! :giggle: Well, for many reasons, that's what I've decided! And I'm not changing my mind!

I'm from Chile and my first language is Spanish, which due to its Latin root, it's not so different to French (except for the pronunciation and masculine and feminine terms). So, as you've guessed I have to learn french. I cant afford lessons now, so I'm learning on my own (I have just started, so I know like this much -->  .  ). I've decided that beside learning it I should practice it, and the only way I think I can do that is by watching movies. So, would you please recommend me some French movies to practice? I would be so grateful! And the better if they are animation movies!

An example of French movies I know and like:
Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain
Les Choristes

If you have any other suggestions (about french  learning) please comment!
Thank you very much :flirty:!

I don't really know of many french movies but I do know that you can practice with this
www.duolingo.com/

It's free & simple to use; it also has a lot of excercises that you can use to practice & learn new french terms.
